At present ,there are 250 employees .Among them , up to 85% workers coming from the technical secondary school or collage .The average age is 26 years old .Now we have four sets of intermittent polycondensation plants ,one set of 30000ton per year continuous polymerization plant and one set of Solid State Polymerization plant .The yearly total output of multi-function and differential polyester chips will be 60000tons. All the plants adopt DCS control system ,the output and quality of products become better and better due to the more and more advanced equipment and our strict management .
